Pet Policy

The following is our standard pet policy and applies only to the rentals that we manage.

No reputedly aggressive, destructive or dangerous breed of dogs including, but not limited to, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Akitas, Boxers, or Dalmatians allowed. All dogs must be licensed and tenant must carry a tenant insurance policy. Both male and female cats must be fixed. Any pet other than dog or cat must be in a cage/aquarium at all times. Limit of two pets. Allowable pets are up to owner’s discretion and each owner may have policies that are stricter than what is listed here.

Pet restrictions do not apply to documented Assistive Living Animals.

Rental Application

Click here for a PDF Rental Application form. This PDF form can be filled out on your computer and then printed. If you print it before filling out, please make sure it is legible or your application will not be processed. Sign the last page of the application and sign the authorization form.

Each adult (anyone 18 or over) will be required to fill out an application.

You will also need to provide a copy of your two most recent pay stubs for each applicant. If self employed, last two years tax returns will be required.

The application fee is $37.00 for the first applicant, then $12.00 for each additional adult. Attached to the application is an ACH Payment form that you can use to pay the fee.
